FAQ

How do I buy a painting?

Pick a piece from Work or a sticker from Stickers — each one has its price and step‑by‑step buying instructions. You can email me a list of items you'd like and I'll send an invoice. Payment is by Interac e‑Transfer, and I confirm by email with your receipt once it's sent.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — I currently ship within Canada only. If you're outside Canada and really want something, email me and we'll see what's possible.

How does a commission work?

We agree on the size, subject and price by email, then I send a short agreement. A 50% deposit by Interac e‑Transfer gets things started (the clock begins once I have both your deposit and your reference photos). Once I have those, I'll share a concept sketch for your approval before I start painting — one round of changes to it is included. The remaining 50% plus shipping ($30 flat within Canada, or free local pickup in Strathroy) is due before it ships.

The deposit is non‑refundable once received. It reserves your spot in my queue and pays for my time.

How is a commission priced?

Canvas commissions are $1 CAD per square inch — a 16 × 20 in painting is $320. Murals are $20 CAD per square foot, plus the cost of equipment (scaffolding) and materials. We agree on the final number before any deposit is collected. Priority queue is a 20% fee on top that moves you to the front of the line.

How long does a commission take?

Paintings can take up to 2 months, murals are much faster depending on size but might require extra planning. I'll always confirm a timeline by email before starting any commission.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email me photos of the box, the packing, and the item within a day of delivery, and hold on to the packaging. I'll replace damaged stickers, and repair a damaged painting if I can, or refund it if I can't.

How do I take care of my painting?

Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from humidity, and dust it occasionally with a soft, dry cloth. Acrylic paint holds up well, but it's still a painting — they're sensitive.
